Agile Assets Co., Ltd. formerly known as EcoCool Energy Saving Co., Ltd., was established in 2015. The Company operates as a specialized provider of hire-purchase and leasing solutions for industrial machinery and business equipment. The Company serves clients across Bangkok, the metropolitan area, and provincial regions nationwide, offering structured financing solutions that enable customers to acquire machinery and equipment without the need for significant upfront capital investment.

We provides comprehensive Maintenance Management services for machinery, equipment, and assets under its contractual portfolio. These services are supported by an integrated sensor network and control systems based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology, enabling advanced data monitoring and analytics for predictive maintenance.
This IoT-based infrastructure allows the Company to manage and analyze operational data efficiently, particularly for air conditioning systems, machinery, equipment, and related assets, ensuring optimal performance and extended asset life cycles. The scalable IoT platform enables the Company to rapidly expand the volume of assets under management, fully implement predictive maintenance capabilities, and consistently maintain high service quality standards.

Ecocool Saves Energy Co., Ltd. commenced operations, focusing on energy-saving solutions for air conditioning systems through the application of Ice Cold refrigerants.
2017
The Company expanded into hire-purchase and installment sales of air conditioning systems, ranging from small units to VRF and Chiller systems, providing clients with flexible financing options.
2019
The asset portfolio was further diversified to include additional hire-purchase services for passenger elevators, power generators, and solar energy systems, catering to broader industrial and commercial needs.
2020
The Company officially rebranded as Agile Assets Co., Ltd., reflecting its strategic shift toward a comprehensive asset financing and leasing business model
2021
The Company expanded its hire-purchase offerings to cover construction-related equipment (including scaffolding, welding machines, and air compressors) as well as equipment used in livestock farming and food & beverage industries, further broadening its asset management portfolio.
